I have coached CEOs, executives, professionals in career transitions, next generation family business executives and individuals wishing to make changes in their lives. Having been a successful entrepreneur and business owner for over 30 years, I experienced first hand the many challenges and opportunities my clients face today.
In addition to my private coaching practice, I am currently a chair for VISTAGE/TEC International (www.VISTAGE3080.com), the world’s leading executive membership organization. My work in VISTAGE is dedicated to creating better leaders, to make better decisions, and achieve better results. I work with over 30 CEOs and executives each month in reaching their performance objectives, aligning their organization with their vision of the future, and enhancing their lives.
My practice is based on helping people discover what really counts in their lives, identify the core values and beliefs they hold most deeply, and expand their capacity to envision and take action to create the future they passionately desire. Combining my academic training in organization development and human behavior with my extensive hands-on experience, my clients benefit from my knowledge of cutting edge management and leadership practices that work in real situations.
I co-founded a computer software company, which grew to become the industry leader in database and business management solutions. My corporate clients included Century 21, Bank of America, Franklin Mutual Funds, and First American Title as well as non-profits and mid-market companies. I maintained an IT consulting practice for 21 years with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego, before I sold the company in 1993. Working with DoudHausner and Associates (WWW.DOUDHAUSNER.NET) I consult to privately held and family owned enterprises, helping mid-market organizations create what they most always want; business propsperity, family harmony and personal well-being.
I have a Masters degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and am an ICF certified professional coach and a certified integral coach. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the State University of NY at Stony Brook.
I enjoy adventure travel, horse riding, scuba diving, hiking, playing tennis, drawing, and photography.
